Admiral Sir Bruce Fraser (1888–1974) was a distinguished officer of the Royal Navy and Commander-in-Chief of the Home Fleet (1943–1945), who directed crucial naval operations during World War II. Renowned for his strategic brilliance and decisive leadership, he orchestrated the sinking of the German battleship Scharnhorst at the Battle of the North Cape in December 1943, establishing himself as one of Britain's finest naval commanders of his era.
